If you are unfamiliar, The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia was released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the series. It contains concept art, the full history of Hyrule, the official chronology of the games, and more. Shigeru Miyamoto himself made contributions, along with other legendary creators behind the Zelda series. This gorgeous hardcover book was followed by The Legend of Zelda: Art & Artifacts which took a deep dive into the artwork behind the games all the way up to and including Breath of the Wild. This includes promotional pieces, box art and booklet illustrations.

Basically, the Goddess Collection is extremely comprehensive and serves as the official celebration of all the hard work that went into creating The Legend of Zelda series. Now, the final book in the trilogy is on the way. The Legend Of Zelda Encyclopedia is described by Dark Horse as a "collection of enemies and items, potions to poes, an expansion of the lore touched upon in Hyrule Historia, concept art, screencaps, maps, main characters and how they relate, languages, and much, much more". One of those "more" things is an extensive interview with Series Producer, Eiji Aonuma.

The English version of The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia just went up for pre-order and is currently available for 22% off with shipping slated for April 24th. You'll want to grab it before the price increases. If you already own the other two books, this is a must-have. If you don't have any of the books, I highly recommend checking them out. In addition to all of the information, they're beautiful and will make great additions to a bookshelf or coffee table.
