These days, it seems like every video game gets patched, at some point. For publishers, it allows them to fix any errors that might have been missed during the development process. Heck, even the movie Cats is getting a patch in the near future to fix some of the film’s unfortunate CGI mistakes! WWE 2K20 is no exception. The game’s 1.06 patch is now available; it’s nothing that fans of the game will likely find all that exciting, but it should help make the wrestling experience run a bit smoother. 2K Games has released a list of what fans should expect from the latest.

That’s a lot of addressed problems! Of course, since the game’s release in October, fans have found plenty of glitches in WWE 2K20, so this update actually could be a bit more exciting than the standard balance patch. Not everyone has encountered the same problems, but the issues were apparently prominent enough for Sony to offer refunds for the game to PS4 owners. Now that a few months have passed since the game hit shelves, it will be interesting to see if the game’s updates have made things run any smoother, or if things have just quieted down as gamers have moved on to other titles.
