The new international poster for Ragnarok puts the full cast of the film front and center, featuring Thor, Loki, Valkyrie, Heimdall, Odin, Grandmaster, and, of course, Hulk (via Reddit). If you find it odd that Hela is missing from the list, worry not, because Hela looms over the entire group with a menacing glare.
Making the poster even better is the vibrant swaths of color used from top to bottom. Fluorescent Greens and fiery reds with a sunrise orange to bridge the gap make this one of the most colorful posters yet, which is saying something if you’ve seen the other ones. You can view the new visual below.
Hela has a significant presence on the poster and is one of the most intriguing parts about the sequel. She revealed to E! News what actually got her to sign on, and it all came down to one particular scene. The scene in question is in the trailer actually, where Hela crushes Thor’s powerful hammer Mjolnir with her bare hands.
“That had me at ‘hello,’ actually,” Blanchett explained. “I thought that was really exciting that they were prepared to destroy Thor’s power in the first few minutes. So, yeah, it’s a nice entrance.”
If the movie is half as good as the posters, fans are in for an amazing time.
Thor: Ragnarok currently enjoys a 4.17 out of 5 on ComicBook.com’s anticipation rankings. Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters on November 3, 2017.
