It looks like Sebastian Stan is not wasting any time when it comes to the gym. The actor may not get to show off his pecs and biceps like Chris Hemsworth does as Thor but don’t think the Winter Soldier isn’t swole. Stan is undergoing some intense training for Avengers: Infinity War at the moment, and a new behind-the-scenes video shows how big the star has gotten.

Over on Instagram, professional trainer Don Saladino posted a video of Stan doing his superhero workout, and it shows off the actor’s arms without shame.
The trainer says the regimen is meant to focus on “density and strength.” Saladino explains, “This is the program that’s going to get Sebastian to kick Thano’s butt.”
“Alert! Special guest! Featured Workout on @fitner_app with @imsebastianstan getting ready to take on Thanos! This is a chest workout that develops strength and definition. I need to see who completed Seb’s and my workout! Who’s suiting up?!” Saladino writes.
This is not the first time fans have gotten a peek at Stan’s training, but it is the first video. Earlier this year, Saladino shared a picture of Stan post-workout with Scarlett Johansson. The photo sent fans into speculation about whether the actors were training with one another to prepare for joint action sequences, but Marvel Studios has kept mum on the subject.

Avengers: Infinity War is described by Marvel Studios as the culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man in 2008. The movie is filming now under directors Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
The expansive confirmed cast includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bethany, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, and Josh Brolin as the villain Thanos. Avengers: Infinity War and its as-yet-untitled sequel are filming back-to-back for a May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019 release, respectively.
