During a Q&A session this weekend, Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee (jokingly?) revealed to the audience that he’s planning on sharing the screen in one of his upcoming cameo appearances.

“I have decided to give somebody a cameo in my cameo,” Lee laughed during his MegaCon panel this weekend. “I think I’ve been keeping them to myself long enough. I thought it would be funny.”
Of course, Lee has often said in the past that he rarely knows what his cameo will be — and in the case of what he’s doing right now, he said that he has a number of films scheduled where he’s not even sure what they are — but whenever you start out by saying how something is exclusive to the convention, you can be certain a number of people will write in to let us know.
Lee, who co-created most of Marvel’s early superhero characters, also revealed during the same panel that he hadn’t actually been onsite for his Deadpool cameo.
“I don’t know if I should tell you the truth about that cameo,” Lee said. “I was not in the topless dancing place. I did that in a studio and then they put it into the movie, and I’m damn mad about that!”
He also talked a bit about the possibility of a DC/Marvel crossover film, which he doesn’t think is likely but would love to see.
…And, yes, the comics superstar even address this week’s elephant in the room, saying that he thought the twist to have Captain America working as an agent of Hydra was clever.
