Hot Toys has released a few teasers ahead of San Diego Comic-Con, including one for Thor: Ragnarok. The figure in question is of Thor himself, clad in the warrior garb he is seen sporting in the arena against Hulk. The figure gives an up-close look at the whole design, but specifically the helmet and shield.

It’s hard to interpret all of the details in the first trailer, but the figure reveals all of the blue and silver accents that sync up with his shoulder pads and shield. That design was created by Marvel Studios Visual Development Supervisor Andy Park, who tweeted out the image with the following caption.

“I can’t wait to hold this bad boy in my hands! I’m so honored to design Thor’s overall look ESP his helmet @hottoysofficial #ThorRagnarok.”

Thor receives this armor after Mjolnir is destroyed at the hands of Hela. He ends up battling in the arena at the behest of the Grandmaster, and in addition to the new armor, he is also seen wielding twin blades, which the figure will most likely come with.

You can view the film’s description below.

But first, he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger โ€“ the Incredible Hulk!
