Indominus Rex Ups The "Wow Factor" In New Jurassic World Clip

Universal has released a new clip from Jurassic World that explains why Indominus Rex was created.

Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) explains to Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) that every few years they need to add a new attraction to Jurassic World to reinvigorate new interest in the park. Corporate suggested making a genetically modified dinosaur to up the wow factor. That is how they ended up making Indominus Rex.

Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure based on the novel "Jurassic Park" by Michael Crichton. The screenplay is by Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver and Trevorrow & Derek Connolly. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.
