It's Memorial Day weekend, and so what better time for Warner Bros. to release a Man of Steel TV spot that shows off a bit less confrontational relationship between Superman and the U.S. military. Between saving a soldier falling (thrown?) from a chopper and giving a female soldier a warm, tingly feeling, the Last Son of Krypton finally establishes a relationship with the military in this trailer that goes beyond the standoff we've seen in previous looks at the film. There's also a fair amount of Kevin Costner, with the warning that we've heard Clark reiterate before about how the world will react when they discover who Superman is and what he can do. Check it out below. Man of Steel is in theaters June 14.
