WizKids Announces Batman V. Superman Themed HeroClix Sets For 2016

WizKids games have announced new HeroClix sets inspired by the upcoming film Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, set to release in 2016.

The DC HeroClix: Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice set will be distributed as a 24-count countertop display. The set features 8 common figures, 4 hobby store exclusive figures, 4 mass market exclusive figures, 1 hobby store chase figure, and 1 one mass market exclusive chase figures, all based on characters appearing the Warner Bros. film.

There will also be a Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice movie set Fast Forces pack, featuring six figures based on the film: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Mercy Graves and Lex Luthor. Each figure will have a dial unique from their countertop display counterpart.

WizKids will also release DC HeroClix: Superman/Batman, a new set based on Superman and Batman’s adventure from the DC Comics universe. This is a full 5-figure booster set, with 70 figures to collect, including 12 super rares figures, 6 chase figures, and 4 prime figures. The set will feature Superman and Batman’s allies and enemies. There are also three major subthemes: the Metal Men, the Doom Patrol, and mystical characters, including well known magic users like Jason Blood as well as generic witches, warlocks, apprentices, and demons.

Additionally, WizKids will release a DC Comics HeroClix: Superman/Batman Dice & Token Pack, containing 2 custom six-sided dice with the Superman and Batman logos, and 6 themed action tokens.
