Felicity Smoak takes center stage in next week's episode of Arrow, titled "Time of Death." With William Tockman, "The Clock King," attacking the city and Black Canary joining Team Arrow, Felicity if left to wonder where she stands--both with Oliver and with his mission. "Just in the same week that she's feeling the most insecure--her most lost in terms of her place in Team Arrow, along comes William Tockman to really force her to raise the level of her game," explained executive producer Marc Guggenheim, saying that this is the first time Felicity has had her own nemesis on the show. It's a concept that's becoming more and more key to shows with a "hacker" character--the bad guy computer whiz who keeps them on their toes. Expect Robert Knepper's Clock King to recur. After all, when somebody plans everything down to the second, how easy can it be to catch him at the end of the day?
