There’s one major Gotham City icon that Diggle’s David Ramsey would love to see on Arrow–and it isn’t Batman.

Rather, it’s his alter-ego, billionaire Bruce Wayne. While speaking at last week’s Television Critic’s Association Press tour last week, the Ramsey expressed his desire to see Gotham’s favorite son intersect with the life of Oliver Queen. But Arrow’s Bruce Wayne wouldn’t necessarily have to be an opposing billionaire playboy, either. According to Ramsey, he thinks that it would be interesting if Arrow presented a Bruce Wayne who’s still training with the League of Assassins, like the one in Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins.

Ramsey’s full thoughts, which he share with Collider, are below:

I don’t want to see Batman, but I would love to see Bruce Wayne.  Maybe he’s part of the League of Assassins, right now.  Maybe he watched in horror as Oliver Queen was pushed off the cliff, or maybe he watched and it wasn’t so much in horror.  Maybe he’s just joined the League, or maybe he’s been part of it for years.  Who knows?  Maybe he’s a billionaire who visits Starling.  I don’t know.  But, I would love to see that.  As big as Ray Palmer is, with his billionaire persona, it ain’t Bruce Wayne.  I would just love to see Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen together.

With Oliver Queen still missing in Starling City, Diggle could use all the help that the DC Universe can provide, point-cowled or otherwise.

What do you think? Would you like to see Bruce Wayne appear on Arrow? Could he stand on his owne, or would he have to be a package deal with The Dark Knight? Sound off in the comments below.

Arrow returns next Wednesday, January 28th at 8:00 p.m. on The CW.
