Kurt Russell Talks Vin Diesel & Paul Walker's Relationship, Shares Furious 7 Clip

No matter how good future Fast and Furious sequels are, they will never have that same dynamic chemistry between actors Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker.

That unfortunate fact was driven home yet again in a recent interview with Furious 7's other star, Kurt Russell. In his discussion of the film, Russell remembered how close Diesel and Walker were both in front and behind of the camera.

"I was very impressed with the relationship that [Vin] and Paul Walker had. They've been doing it for awhile, and that much time together can create a lot of ill-ease. They were really more than friends—they were extremely brotherly."

Russell, who plays clandestine agent Mr. Nobody in Furious 7, also revealed that Furious 7 ends with a touching tribute to Walker, who tragically passed in an auto accident during Furious 7's production.

"At the end, the tribute and honor they presented Paul—it really grabs you," Russell said. "It's great."
