Looper Wins Critics' Choice Award For Best Sci-Fi/Horror Movie

At the 18th annual Critics' Choice Awards airing tonight on The CW, the nominees for Best Sci-Fi/Horror Movie included Looper, Cabin in the Woods, and Promtheus. Looper won the Critics' Choice Award for Best Sci-Fi/Horror Movie. Producers Ram Bergman & James Stern, director & writer Rian Johnson, executive producer Peter Schlessel, and stars Emily Blunt & Joseph Gordon-Levitt accepted the award. Director Rian Johnson said, "On behalf of the whole family that made this movie, I want to thank the Broadcast Critics Association. This is incredible cool. This movie was a labor of love."
