Matthew Fox as Billy Smoke?

is reporting that Matthew Fox might be in line to play Billy Smoke in an upcoming adaptation of the comic book series by B. Clay Moore (writer) and Eric Kim (illustrator). Seems like a curious choice. The mild mannered, good guy Fox doesn't seem the hit man type.
