While there is still no sign of that Catwoman spinoff that Anne Hathaway has been dreaming about, the actress is getting another chance to team up with Dark Knight Rises director Christopher Nolan. According to Deadline, Anne Hathaway is in process of signing a deal to star in Interstellar, which will be the next film directed by Christopher Nolan.
Anne Hathaway will be starring alongside Matthew McConaughey, whose casting in Interstellar was recently announced. There is no information yet on exactly what her role will be beyond being the female lead. Christopher Nolan is known for maintaining a high level of secrecy with his movies.
Interstellar is being co-produced by both Warner Bros. and Paramount. Steven Spielberg was originally attached to the project, and Christopher Nolan landed the job after Spielberg left. The script was originally written by Christopher's brother Jonah Nolan.
