The Wolverine Japanese Trailer

A Japanese version of The Wolverine trailer that was released last month has surfaced online. While some international trailers wind up being quite different than the U.S. trailers, The Wolverine Japanese trailer has mostly the same footage as the U.S. version. While The Wolverine trailer looks impressive, the film still has a lot of catching up to do compared to the other two big superhero movies of the summer, Iron Man 3 and Man Of Steel. Fortunately, The Wolverine isn't being released until well after those two movies, so 20th Century Fox still has plenty of time to boost up the marketing of the film. Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before. The Wolverine stars Hugh Jackman and is directed by James Mangold. The Wolverine will be released in movie theaters in the United States on July 26, 2013.
