For those of you that have been binging on Jessica Jones and are avid comic book readers, you most likely noticed that police officer Will Simpson, played by Wil Traval, is a reinvented version of Frank Simpson, aka Nuke.
Like in the comics, Simpson was a former soldier that was experimented on and uses different colors pills to increase and control his abilities, which are increased pain tolerance and strength. The downside to taking the pills is a deterioration of Simpson's state of mind.
Of course Simpson never gets an American flag tattooed to his face in Jessica Jones like his comic book counterpart, but since we were dying to see it we had the extremely-talented Boss Logic illustrate what Wil Traval would like with it.
Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need... especially if they're willing to cut her a check.
Marvel's Jessica Jones is currently available on Netflix.
