Fast and Furious 8 is filming in Cleveland right now, and ABC News affiliate there got footage from a fan who was on the scene. If you're surprised that there are flying cars featured in the footage above, then you probably haven't been paying attention to the Furious franchise. The stunts continue to get crazier, with cars jumping between buildings at about 100 floors up, cars parachuting out of planes, tanks involved in high-speed chases, and cars chasing a plane down the longest runway in all of history.

Of course, this is in Cleveland - so this might actually just be a reaction video to the first two games of the NBA Finals...

This particular stunt is hard to put into any kind of context, but it gives fans a great idea of just how incredible practical special effects can be. When you see actual cars fly out of an actual building and actually explode on the street below, well, that just can't be replaced by CGI.

Fast 8, as it may or may not be officially titled, is filming now in locations around the world. Vin Diesel returns to anchor the cast as Dominic Toretto, now living with his wife Letty, played by Michelle Rodriguez. Other confirmed returning cast include Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Luke Hobbs, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges as Tej Parker, Kurt Russell as Frank Petty, and more. Charlize Theron joins the cast as the main villain of the film, Cipher. F. Gary Gray is directing a script by Chris Morgan. Fast 8 hits theaters April 14, 2017.
