Mayans MC First Week Wrap Photo Revealed

Mayans MC has officially wrapped the first week of filming. One of the stars of the upcoming Sons of Anarchy spinoff, Emilio Rivera, took to Instagram to commemorate the moment.

The 55-year-old actor captioned the photo: “Rollout with @frankieloyal wrapping up the week on the #Mayansmc, It was a Good Day. #emiliorivera #marcusalvarez #tranq #itsafamilything.”

The exciting image shows Emilio Rivera posted up with his Mayans MC co-star Frankie Loyal.

While speaking with PopCulture.com’s Charlie Ridgeley, Emilio Rivera dished on what his character has been up to since the end of Sons of Anarchy.

“Business as usual, bro,” he said. “I was sad that Jax had to die and Filip, he tred. The thing is life goes on. Business is business. I got to pay the bills. I got to feed the family so business as usual. Pretty much that’s all that’s been happening and now we’re going to rank up and again we got to deal with it.”

Emilio Rivera portrayed the President of the Mayans MC on the original FX series and is set to reprise his role for the offshoot show.

The Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter has also been ramping up excitement for Mayans MC. In the past few weeks, he has been sharing a slew of photos from the set on social media and even posted the first image of the main characters geared up for a ride. Check out the photo here.
