Is This The End Of Pirates Of The Caribbean?

The newest trailer for Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales has just been released, and fans are going nuts over the sight of a Young Jack Sparrow.

While all of the excitement was going on, many people missed one depressing detail that the trailer revealed.

This could be the last Pirates of The Caribbean movie.

Towards the end of the trailer, the words “The Final Adventure” come across the screen. Could this really mean that the franchise is ending after its fifth entry?

On one hand, it makes sense. Johnny Depp is getting older, and five movies is more than enough time with one set of characters.

On the other hand, the Pirates movies have always done well in the box office. If Dead Men Tell No Tales follows suit, there’s no reason why the studio wouldn’t make more.

Moments later, the trailer added even more confusion by bringing up one more title card. The screen contained just one word; “Begins”.

So, the final adventure begins. Does this mean the movie will be the final story of the saga? Or does the new film just signify that the end is near, and there won’t be many more after this one.

Either way, this adventure looks to be one of the best of the franchise, and it will only be a couple of months until it hit hits theaters.
