While shooting the new Baywatch movie, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson took time out to visit with kids at a local children's hospital.

This shouldn't be much of a surprise; Johnson often works with kids and openly talks about his charitable works, and recently brought "Tater," a child who's spent the last four years in cancer treatment, to the set of the TV show's big-screen revival.

"I surprised the children at Savannah's Pediatric Specialty Ward aaaaand look at the concentration on lil' Aiden's face!" Johnson posted to Instagram. "We shot #BAYWATCH scenes at Memorial Health Hospital and thought I'd pop up to the ward. Awesome experience and THANK YOU to all the hard working and caring staff who helped make this visit possible. To all the kids I met - you guys keep smiling and staying strong."

Johnson stars in Baywatch alongside Deb Kawi, Alexandra Daddario, Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rohrbach, and Jon Bass.

Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses, Identity Theft) is directing the film, based on a script by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift.
