Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2
The Guardians are back and better than ever!
James Gunn took the comic book world by storm with his sleeper hit of the last five years, Guardians Of The Galaxy. The bright personalities of Rocket, Groot, Star Lord, Gamora, and Drax The Destroyer were enough to captivate audiences through multiple viewings of the film.
Guardians easily scored the green light for a sequel, and all of the stars wuickly jumped on board for part two. James Gunn is back in the director's chair, and many of Michael Rooker's Ravagers received new looks.
Kurt Russell, Sylvester Stallone, and Evan Rachel Wood have all been cast in the film, and the trailer included the first look at Mantis.
prevnextThe Mummy
Universal is going all-in with their Monster Universe, and Tom Cruise has been tapped to kick things off.
The Mummy reboot will take an edgier look at the franchise than the original Brendan Fraser films. With Cruise as the lead, and Sofia Boutella coming on as the Mummy, it looks to be an action-packed thrill ride well worth the ticket price.
One of the biggest reveals of the trailer was the unveiling of Russel Crowe as Dr Jekyll. The character is helping to piece together all of the different movies. He's basically Universal's version of Nick Fury.
Either way, the movie looks absolutely epic, and should be a horrifying and crazy ride for audiences.
prevnextTransformers: The Last Knight
Some think the Transformers franchise should have ended a long time ago, while others would say it's just getting started.
Each of the previous four Transformers films has been a box office juggernaut, making the franchise one of the most successful in cinematic history.
The fifth films sees the return of Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, and the Dinobots, and follows the story of Optimus Prime's turn to villainy.
Michael Bay is once again in the director's chair, and there are more explosions than ever. The most welcomed addition in The Last Knight? Oscar-winner, Sir Anthony Hopkins has a major role in the film.
prevnextSpider-Man; Homecoming
Millions around the country tuned in to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday night, as they prepared to see the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Starring Tom Holland, Homecoming is the fifth Spider-Man movie since 2001. While it's the third iteration of the classic character, it's the first one that has been included in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
After Holland debuted his version of the character in Captain America: Civil War, fans of Spider-Man felt they finally had the Peter Parker they had always longed for.
Homecoming features Michael Keaton as the classic villain, The Vulture, and also includes Tony Stark as one of the main characters.
prevnextWar For The Planet Of The Apes
The Planet Of The Apes has been one of the most highly-acclaimed reboot franchises of all time, and the newest film looks to top all the rest.
