In the Family Fusion episode, a high school talent show serves as the setting. Brody and Aiden are of particular importance here, as they enter to perform a duet of the Romero family song (via Power Rangers NOW).
It isn’t long though before the city finds itself under attack by Ripcon, and the Rangers leave to intercept. Levi stays back to receive the Ninja Fusion Star. While he leaves to help the other Rangers, Aiden breaks into their headquarters and takes down Mick and Redbot. Luckily Levi returns in time to confront Aiden, and a well placed shot to the chest reveals that Aiden is, in fact, a robot.
After the false Aiden is defeated, Levi is hit with unearthed memories, but there’s no time to sort it all out, as Galvanax sends an enlarged Ripcon down to take on the Rangers. Utilizing the new Ninja Fusion Star, the Rangers create the Ninja Fusion Megazord and take out Ripcon.
Once the dust has settled, the Rangers return to the talent show, where Brody starts performing the Romero family song on his own. Hearing the song awakens other memories in Levi, causing him to head out into the hallway. His memories are suddenly restored, and he realizes that he is actually Aiden. His memories reveal that he was kidnapped by Madame Odius and pieces of his memories were stolen and given to the false Aiden.
Levi then joins Brody on stage, and once he sings the Romero song Brody realizes his long lost brother has returned.
Later at a campfire Levi reveals that the name Levi Weston was created to hide him from Galvanax, and the credits roll with everyone singing the Romero family song.
