We aren't quite sure why he wants to touch the most foul creature in the galaxy, but we should be good Star Wars fans and help make it happen.

Luna also admits to having a Jabba in his home that is always..."staring at him."
Jabba was a super slimy Hutt gangster and crime lord, as well as a member of the Grand Hutt Council, who operated from his palace on the Outer Rim world of Tatooine.
Jabba was a major figure on Tatooine, where he controlled trafficking in illegal goods, piracy and slavery that generated most of the planet's wealth.
He's also famously known for capturing Princess Leia and forcing her to wear that horrible slave outfit.
