Alternate Star Wars Logo Colors Inspired By The Last Jedi

Fans on the internet went crazy when Lucasfilm and Disney announced the subtitle of Rian Johnson’s sequel to Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The next film in the new trilogy will see Rey team with Luke Skywalker as her Jedi mentor, starting her training in the ways of the Force.

With a lot of speculation going into the color scheme and the text of the next saga installment, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, it’d be fun to take a look at that same treatment applied to the classic logo with different colors.

ComicBook.com’s own Jim Viscardi mocked up a few different color schemes of the logo to see just what they might look like in different hues.

Maybe we’ll see one of these colors for the last installment in the new trilogy, directed by Jurassic World‘s Colin Tervorrow.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi, from writer/director Rian Johnson, is in post-production now for a December 15, 2017 release. The film follows-up and continues the story of the next generation of the saga as Rey, Poe, Finn, and Kylo Ren find their place in the galaxy and follow the legacy of Luke Skywalker, Leia, and Han Solo. Daisy Ridley returns to star as Rey, with other returning stars John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Peter Mayhew, Andy Serkis, Anthony Daniels, Lupita Nyong’o Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher as General Leia Organa. Benicio Del Toro and Laura Dern join the cast in as-yet-unrevealed roles.
