A lot went down in tonight’s episode of The Walking Dead. So much so, that you may have missed a potentially crucial piece of dialogue toward the end of the episode.

After Negan killed Doctor Carson, he stared at Eugene. It was obvious that he wanted to bullet-maker to get the point.
Just after this, he said, “We have another Doctor Carson.” Most would think he was talking about the new doctor he had in Eugene. If that was the case, why would Negan include the doctor’s last name?
Negan could be talking about the other Doctor Carson, and that would mean that something big is on the way in the coming episode.
Doctor Carson has a brother, Harlan Carson, who lives at Hilltop. This would indicate that Negan knows about the brother, and that he plans on capturing him next.
While this is just a theory at this point, this would mean that Negan is planning some kind of raid on Hilltop. Whether he goes himself, or sends Simon, Negan is working on taking the other Doctor Carson.
