The Walking Dead: The Complete Seventh Season blu-ray collection comes equipped with all 16 episodes of the show's most recent season but, also, a slew of extra features and scenes: one of which is a heartbreaking dream sequence in Alexandria which brings Glenn, Sasha, Abraham, and others back from the dead.

The scene is one of eight attached to the blu-ray set and fits into the controversial Season 7 premiere which saw Abraham and Glenn slaughtered by Negan upon his introduction to the series.

You can watch the deleted dream sequence scene in high definition in the video above or read the description below.

The deleted scene is one continuous shot accompanied by a touching score from Bear McCreary. It was ultimately eliminated from Rick's dream sequence in Episode 7x01 ("The Day Will Come When You Won't Be").

Rosita lights torches around Alexandria, she is dressed nicely.

Behind her, Abraham sits on a bench with Sasha. In front of them, Glenn sits on a picnic-type blanket with his little boy. Getting closer, we see him playing with his son, panning to Sasha laughing with Abe as Carol walks by with a tray of cookies. As Carol exits, Michonne emerges in a white and beige dress, equipped with two unopened beers. She smiles to Glenn.

In the street behind her, a remote-control car zips through the street. Glenn and his boy run to play with it. Eugene enters the frame from the right side, dressed in a button down and cargo shorts, revealing himself to be in control of the car, just as Aaron emerges, dressed cleanly and professionally carrying firewood.

As Aaron sets the wood down, Maggie walks up the street and meets Glenn and their kid. They play for a moment before sharing a kiss.

Daryl steps to the firewood with Aaron as the table is being set.

Fade to the dinner table scene which sees all of Alexandria, including Sasha, Abraham, Glenn, Maggie, Spencer, Tara, Michonne, Daryl, Morgan, and others. The camera reaches the end of the table -- Glenn and Abraham nod to one another.

The Walking Dead: The Complete Seventh Season is available on blu-ray on August 22.

The Walking Dead's sibling series Fear the Walking Dead returns September 10th. The Walking Dead will return for its eighth season on October 22, 2017.
