Yes, folks, there are dueling trailers that cut the new Man of Steel trailer together with footage from The Hub network’s My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic to create a surreal and funny parody ad.
For those who don’t know, there’s a subsection of Brony culture dedicated to making parody movie trailers, using footage from the show along with trailers for movies like Man of Steel, Star Trek Into Darkness and The Dark Knight Rises.
The first of the Man of Steel trailers is by MirFab5, who had the designation of being first, with the second being by cloverfieldmonster, whose channel draws a ton of traffic and so who has about five times the views. Both are pretty hilarious, so check ‘em out…!
