“”At the end of 210, the proceeding episode, they’re able to break into this Swiss bank and instead of finding a bit of the spear, they find basically a piece of software — which encompasses all of Rip Hunter’s memories,” Klemmer says of the Legion of Doom. “Of course, when they upload Rip’s intelligence and his memories, they decide like, ‘Well, why would we want just plain old Rip? Let’s like evil-fy him.’”
“When we head into episode 211, we’ve seen him shoot George Washington in the face or whatever,” he continues. “And so our team is headed back to the American Revolution in 1776, Valley Forge, because there’s been this crazy time aberration. We know the Legion is out there diddling with time and creating these abberations, knowing that our guys are obliged to come back and fix it. And what could be more flashy than shooting George Washington in the face.”

A GOOD FIGHT โ When The Legends find a new Time Aberration they learn they must travel to the winter of 1776 to protect George Washington and the American Revolutionary War. Unfortunately, things don’t go as planned, forcing Sara (Caity Lotz) to send out Nate (Nick Zano) and Amaya (Maisie-Richardson-Sellers) to help.
Meanwhile, Jax (Franz Drameh) and Stein (Victor Garber) who are busy protecting the incapacitated Waverider from their new enemy, are forced to step into roles that they don’t think they are prepared for. Brandon Routh, Dominic Purcell and Arthur Darvill also star.
Alice Troughton directed the episode, written by Grainne Godfree & Matthew Maala.
