Marvel Comics is honoring the memory of a man whose obituary went viral earlier this month by reprinting the obituary in The Amazing Spider-Man.

On her blog, Nora Purmort revealed that the January 7 issues of Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Verse will feature her husband Aaron's self-penned obituary, in which he admitted to being Spider-Man.

"Before Purmort died, we had time to sit down and write his obituary," his wife Nora said at the time. "I've never laughed and cried more in one sitting, but I'm glad we got to do this. I love this man so damn much."
