Marvel Studios concept artist Andy Park released a few alternative designs for the villainous Yellowjacket a few days ago played by Corey Stoll. It looks other-wordly.

Park, a resident designer played up more of the “yellow” in Yellowjacket and let some color come through, in comparison to the blander and more gun metal looking designs. Park mentioned on his Twitter, that it was all about the contrast to Ant-Man’s design. Here, take a look.

Yesterday, Park released another design, which had the character on stilts, allowing for a completely different looking sort of movement.

Again, he kept the armor with a dark palette, but the yellow parts dispersed more evenly. Do you think this was something that could have worked, or do you prefer Park’s final choice?
Ant-Man is available now on DigitalHD and on blu-ray and DVD.
The Ant-Man sequel, Ant-Man and The Wasp, hits theaters July 6, 2018.
