Once you reach Level 5 in Pokemon Go, you become defined by which Team you join to help capture gyms. There's Team Valor, the bold Red team defined by their Moltres logo, Team Mystic, the cool Blue Team with an Articuno mascot, and Team Instinct, the third team that is also in the game represented by a Zapdos. But now, a fourth team has emerged to help bring an end to the petty squabbles of the other three teams.

Team Harmony, started by DeviantArt user Seoxys6, is represented by the Legendary Pokemon Lugia and strives to find common ground on which the other teams can stand together. In Pokemon lore, Lugia is the unofficial master of the Legendary Bird trio and was prominently featured in Pokemon the Movie 2000: The Power of One.

Although peace between the three teams seems like a pipe dream, Team Harmony is now trending on Facebook and Twitter and has spawned its own merchandise line. Team Harmony members are appearing at Pokemon Go gatherings, spreading their message of peace to the masses. Team Harmony's goal of peace seems impossible (after all, Team Instinct's faces are just too darn punchable) but so was catching Pokemon in the real world until last week.

Pokemon Go is available in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and select European countries.
