Vin Diesel has to constantly answer to fans and their expectations of his hit Fast & Furious franchise, but the toughest critic might just be his own daughter, Hania Riley Sinclair.
Well, not really, as Hania was actually quite complimentary of her Dad’s accomplishments. Once she sat in that director’s chair, though, Hania didn’t play around, something Director F. Gary Gary learned the hard way.

In addition to some father-daughter bonding time, the latest on set footage from Fast & Furious 8 shows a glimpse at Charlize Theron’s Cipher character in an all black stealth suit with Kevlar while posing for a photo with fellow actors Ludacris (Tej Parker), Lucas Black (Sean Boswell), Kurt Russell (Mr. Nobody), and Tyrese Gibson (Roman Pearce).
The second shot is of Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto, who looks to be standing in a decked out wardrobe area. They seem to have a lot of Kevlar, but don’t necessarily believe in colors other than grey, black, tan, and oh yeah more grey.
There is still no footage of Helen Mirren’s new character in action, and the same goes for the rumored Eva Mendes.
While we didn’t get to see Mendes or Mirren, at least by the end of the video F. Gary Gary seemed to have won Hania’s approval, so that’s good news.
You can view the footage in the video above. Fast & Furious 8 rolls into theatres on April 14th, 2017.
