The wait is over! The Baywatch movie trailer has officially dropped.
And yes, it features everyone running on beaches.

Yesterday, we got our first glimpses into the trailer with teases from both Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. But today we finally get to see what The Rock, Zac Efron, and Alexandra Daddario have been up to over the past few months.

“Baywatch follows devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchannon (Johnson) as he butts heads with a brash new recruit (Efron). Together, they uncover a local criminal plot that threatens the future of the Bay.”
The Cast includes:

- Zac Efron as Matt Brody
- Priyanka Chopra as Victoria Leeds
- Alexandra Daddario as Summer Quinn
- Ilfenesh Hadera as Stephanie Holden
- Kelly Rohrbach as C.J. Parker
- Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Garner Ellerbee
- Rob Huebel as Captain Thorpe
- Comedians like Hannibal Buress (Broad City) and Oscar Nuñez (The Office) in bit roles
- With Cameos from classic Baywatch cast memebers like David Hasselhoff (The Hoff!)
And let’s not forget that we are going to be seeing some very familiar faces in the new reboot. Last August, when the Baywatch movie was first announced, Pamela Anderson (Barb Wire) — original cast member and breakout star of the ’90s television series — voiced her displeasure with the raunchy film adaptation. However, she’s put that all that behind her, as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced that Anderson joined the cast.
“She introduced the world to ‘CJ Parker’ and became one of the most iconic characters of a generation – for the most successful TV show of all time,” wrote Johnson. “A pleasure to welcome (as gorgeous as ever) Pamela Anderson to our Baywatch cast. We couldn’t have made this movie without you. Welcome home. Thrilled you had a blast with us!”
This makes Anderson the second member of the TV cast to hop on board the project. Just last month, Johnson revealed that David “The Hoff” Hasselhoff, who played Mitch Buchannon, will make an appearance as well.

Baywatch was directed by Seth Gordon, and is set to hit theaters on May 19, 2017.
