Diesel’s first short film, Multi Facial is available on YouTube now. The actor recently discussed his work on the film while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Years ago, Diesel was carrying copies of the film around in hopes of getting it in front of a pair of eyes that might find a big break break. He did eventually get a copy to Morgan Freeman after encountering the actor on the streets of Los Angeles but that didn’t lead to the break he was hoping for. In one scene, though, Diesel’s characters name Freeman specifically.
In any case, a scene from the film (embedded at the top of the page) sees Vin Diesel impersonate Tony Montana in a clip from Multi Facial.
Multi Facial is about an actor trying to find a break, much like Diesel at the time of making it. Little did he know, he would go on to produce and star in some of the world’s biggest films, such a Furious 7 which broke records in 2014 and Guardians of the Galaxy. He has written and produced a number of successful franchises which can all be traced back to his first short film.

Vin Diesel currently stars in xXx: Return of Xander Cage in theaters now. Later this year, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters from Marvel Studios and the eighth installment of Fast & Furious franchise, The Fate of the Furious, will both hit theaters.
In fact, Diesel is one of ComicBook.com’s nominations for highest grossing actors of 2017 ahead of the year’s biggest box office releases.
