Wonder Woman contains plenty of references to the greater DCEU universe, but it also includes some fan favorite moments from the comics, including one particular sequence involving Diana’s first exposure to ice cream.

During their walk through the market in the film, Diana (played by Gal Gadot) encounters the delightful dessert and says “It’s wonderful. You should be very proud” (via Polygon). You might have recognized that if you watched Justice League War, which features Diana meeting a young girl who introduces her to ice cream.
She exclaims “Ice cream is wonderful!” and points her sword towards the poor ice cream vendor, followed by “You should be very proud of this achievement.”
Funnily enough, that moment comes straight from the comics. In Justice League #3 the same sequence happens, though Diana doesn’t exactly threaten the ice cream vendor this time around.
It’s a delightful moment that will now be a forever part of the DCEU, and you can view the original comic panel as well as the comparison from the movie to Justice League War in the gallery.

Wonder Woman is in theaters now, followed by Justice League on November 17, 2017; Aquaman on July 27, 2018; Shazam on April 5, 2019; Justice League 2 on June 14, 2019; Cyborg on April 3, 2020; and Green Lantern Corps on July 24, 2020. The Flash, The Batman, Dark Universe and Man of Steel 2 are currently without a release dates.
