Berserk Season 2 Theme Song Revealed In Epic New Preview

Berserk fans are split on their excitement for the upcoming anime. Some are angry because of the animation, while others are just excited to see their favorite manga come to life. Regardless which side of the spectrum you fall on, the new season starting streaming a new promotional preview today and its epic.

The clip features a stand off and clash between Guts and Griffith, featuring the new original opening theme song playing in the background. The new song is titled Sacrifice, and is preformed by the band 9mm Parabellum Bullet out of Japan.

Berserk season 2 is set to premier on WOWOW on April 7 in Japan. The premiere will show the first two episodes of the new story arc. The new season will feature an impressive cast and crew, announcing that Kentarou Miura (the creator) himself is serving as executive supervisor for the series. Shin Itagaki will be directing the anime, while Makoto Fukami (known for Pyscho Pass) is supervising the series script. Hisashi Abe, (known for work on Gunslinger Girl) is designing the characters, and Shiro Sagisu (Worked on Neon Genesis Evangelion) is composing the music. The voice actors for the season also include new and returning cast, listed below:
