If you have been needing more Bleach in your life, then you won’t have to wait too much longer. After going on a short hiatus, the franchise’s latest spin-off has finally resumed serialization once more.
Ryohgo Narita kicked off Bleach: Can’t Fear Your Own World earlier this year to much buzz. The manga debuted under Shonen Jump+ exclusively and Bleach fans were quick to check the story out. The story went on until July when news of its hiatus went live. Now, Narita’s story is back and ready for fans to read once more.

The Bleach spin-off’s latest chapter was housed in the most recent Shonen Jump+ update (via ANN). The story also has a new name as it’s being called Bleach: Can’t Fear Your Own World II now. The story’s first volume shipped in Japan not long ago as it went public on August 4.
If you are not familiar with the Bleach add-on, then you have a bit to catch up on. The manga focuses on Shuhei Hisagi, the co-lieutenant of the Soul Society’s 9th Division. The Soul Reaper is thrown into a new fight which surfaces in the real-world and afterlife. The growing unrest is somehow tied to a mystery which Kaname Tosen left behind, and it falls to Hisagi to decode his former captain’s clues.
So far, there are no plans to release the Bleach spin-off in English, but fans have their hopes. Fan-translations of the story have made its way to the Internet, and readers have embraced the new tale. Narita may be in-charge of the manga, but the artist was given plenty of explicit instructions by Bleach‘s creator Tite Kubo for the spin-off. When it comes to the canon, Bleach: Can’t Fear Your Own World has been a very welcome addition. The story has done a lot to expand histories of the Soul King, the Soul Society’s noble families, the Arrancar, and even the Fullbringers.
