Code Geass: Buy New Lelouch & Suzaku Prints For Series’ 10th Anniversary

This year is the 10th anniversary for the infamous Code Geass anime franchise, and Premium Bandai is celebrating with new merchandise. The official online store has started accepting pre-orders for two new illustrated canvas prints and they look amazing. Original anime character designer Takahiro Kimura has created brand new art for this big event, and the art can only be found on Premium Bandai’s website.

There are two premium canvas prints featuring the main protagonist of the franchise Lelouch Lamperouge and his rival Suzaku Kururugi. The prints show each character in with their vibrant blue and green eyes, against a stoic stone background, and named “Code Geass 10th Anniversary Memory Museum”. The prints are priced at 6,025 yen (about $55 USD) and are are printed on 273mm×220mm-size canvas. Fans can purchase the prints separately, or may buy them together in a special “Three Set” which includes the two new character ones as well as another “10th Anniversary” print bundled as well. The 10th Anniversary print is the same size as the other two aforementioned pictures and features art of 13 characters from the series. The character print is only available if you buy it with the set of all three, which is priced at 12,050 yen (about $109 USD). If you have not caught up on all things Code Geass, then you still have time. The series is a long one, but it’s a well-received one. Aside from the first two seasons, there is another spin-off OVA series which fans were gifted recently. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled is a five-part miniseries that takes place between the two full seasons. Funimation has plans to release the OVA series on home video early next year, so fans will be able to binge it before Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection rears its head.
