You might as well call it a comeback. When it comes to Dragon Ball, few villains ever die and then stay dead. In one way or another, baddies like Majin Buu and Freeza continue to reappear throughout the franchise, but fans have little reason to complain. The two baddies are a pair of Dragon Ball‘s most famous, and their popular trio is rounded out by Cell. So, naturally, fans will be interested to hear that the three foes are making a return to Dragon Ball Super when it episode 76 debuts this month. Well, mostly.

The newest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump was jam-packed with Dragon Ball Super synopses, and Todd Blankenship was generous enough to share his translation online. Over on Twitter, the user posted the English description of episode 76, and it sounds like a doozy.

You can read the synopsis for Dragon Ball Super‘s 76th episode below:

“Kuririn is picked next as the bored Goku’s training partner. He suggests they train together under the Turtle Hermit like the old times. As a part of their training, the Turtle Hermit orders them to go get the “Paradise Grass” herb from a forest. In the forest, they find Freeza, Majin Boo, Cell, and other old foes Goku and co. have fought.”

In the episode, it appears that Goku has grown tired of training with the likes of Gohan, and Krillin is volunteered to train with him. The two then seek out the guidance of their former mentor Master Roshi who simply instructs them to get some magical herbs from the forest, but they then run into the likes of Freeza and Cell. Of course, running into the three terrifying baddies would make for one action-packed episode, but don’t get your hopes up. More than likely, the encounter will be little more than a drug-induced hallucination.

Oh, Master Roshi. You just had to have your Paradise Grass, huh? Well, you will get it on January 29th when the yet-titled episode of Dragon Ball Super is released.

In February, a brand-new story arc of Dragon Ball Super is set to kick off in Japan with the ‘Universal Survival’ saga. You can check out the brief synopsis for it below:

“At Goku’s request, the Omni-Kings’ “Tournament of Power” martial arts tournament between universes now begins! โ€ฆBut this also proves to be the beginning of universal destruction. What awaits the victors of this tournament, and the vanquishedโ€ฆ?! How will these intense team battles between the elites of each universe turn outโ€ฆ?!”
