Whether you love or hate them, the female Super Saiyans of Universe 6 won’t be going away anytime soon. The characters were introduced in Dragon Ball Super, and the Saiyans have carved out a nice fandom for themselves. Over on Twitter, the Dragon Ball fandom began buzzing about screenshots taken from Dokkan Battle, a popular Dragon Ball Z mobile game. The app includes Kale in its roster now, and fan translators like Todd Blankenship helped fans by decoding its Japanese text for English natives.

Dokkan Battle refers to Kale’s Broly form as ใ‚ฑใƒผใƒซ(ๆšด่ตฐ), “Kale (Out of Control)” Blankenship tweeted.

“ๆšด่ตฐ is the same phrase used in ep.100’s title.”

Sadly, the update doesn’t give Dragon Ball fans lot of new information to work with. The franchise’s video games aren’t normally considered canon, and Dokkan Battle simply describes Kale as being “Out of Control.” However, Blankenship did note the name could be translated to Kale (Rampage) or Kale (Berserker) if you really wanted to stretch.

Fans are now wondering why Dokkan Battle does not refer to Kale as a Super Saiyan or really acknowledge her bulky form. The girl looks like she has gone Legendary Super Saiyan a la Broly, but Dragon Ball Super has yet to gift that title to Kale. As such, fans simply chose to call the form Super Saiyan Berserker, but even that seems to be a stretch. There’s a chance Kale has yet to fully expand her Super Saiyan transformation, or it could be that her ‘Out of Control’ form isn’t actually a Super Saiyan form at all.

And, if should that be the case, then you can bet Goku will want to find a way to go berserk too.

You can check out the Dragon Ball Z ride’s synopsis below:

“You are in the Super Tenkaichi Budokai, the fighting between Z-warriors takes place now! From your floating pod, you are caught in an intense air combat. Suddenly, a terrifying enemy appears before your eyes: ” Broly God ” !! Even Goku in “Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan” can do nothing against him … With Goku, with the Kamehameha, can you defeat this enemy !? And who will be the most powerful warriors who will remain until the end?”

The synopsis of Dragon Ball Super‘s current saga can be read here: “According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called “Chikara no Taikai” (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe’s elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super‘s “Universal Survival” saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
