Earlier today we brought you some exclusive photos from the set of Iron Man 3 in Rose Hill, North Carolina. The photos showed close-ups of a destroyed building, a crater in the pavement, and some type of memorial shrine. Iron Man 3 Will Be Partially Set In Tennessee – When Iron Man 3 filmed last month at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, we spotted a news van from Chattanooga, Tennessee. We weren’t positive at that time if it indicated for certain that part of Iron Man 3 would be set in Tennessee. Now, with these additional set photos that show a First Tennessee Bank building as well as Tennessee Lottery stickers on a store door, it looks likely that a major part of Iron Man 3 will be set in Tennessee.
