Thor: The Dark World Set Photos Reveal Stone Structures in a Wooded Clearing

New photos reportedly taken on the set of Thor: The Dark World have surfaced at SuperHero Hype, where they've got what appears to be an ancient city nestled in the wilderness. Earlier reports had suggested that shooting in the area where these were taken would feature a setting from another realm, so it's likely just someplace with a more natural feel than the brushed steel of Asgard. Our first reaction to these shots was to wonder whether part of another realm had crossed over, a la Asgard during the Straczynski run on Thor in the comics, but there's little to really suggest that's the case.
