Ghostbusters 3

While Bill Murray reportedly isn't interested in doing Ghostbusters 3, Rick Moranis is at least not completely ruling out the possibility. In an interview with Empire Magazine, Rick Moranis said, "I haven't talked to Danny (Aykroyd) about it. Somebody he's associated with called me and I said, 'I wouldn't not do it, but it's got to be good.' You know, I'm not interested in doing anything I've already done, and I thought the second one was a disappointment." If Ghostbusters 3 does go forward, Rick Moranis has an interesting idea about what his character Louis Tully might be up to now. In regards to Tully, Rick Moranis explained, "I sort of see him as being Bernie Madoff's cellmate in jail. Both of them being so orderly that they race to get up and make their beds." According to the most recent update from Dan Aykroyd, the plot of Ghostbusters 3 would involve introducing four new ghostbusters. Presumable, the members of the old team that are willing to return will hand over the reigns to the new ghostbusters team at some point during the film. The full interview with Rick Moranis will appear in the issue of Empire Magazine being released on Thursday, June 27.
