Hero Initiative Exclusive Overstreet Price Guide #44 Wolverine Cover From Co-Creator Herb Trimpe

The Hero Initiative and Gemstone Publishing have announced a Hero Initiative exclusive cover for the The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #44. Celebrating Wolverine's 40th anniversary, the cover harkens back to Wolverine's first appearance in The Incredible Hulk #180-181 by showing him in battle with the Hulk and Wendigo. The cover is drawn by Wolverine's co-creator Herb Trimpe. This 500-copy limited edition hardcover copy of Overstreet #44 will be available exclusively through the Hero Initiative, with funds going to their charity. Overstreet #44 will go on sale at Sand Diego Comic-Con, with a limited amount available through the Hero Initiative's website, and will retail at $35. The will be no softcover edition of the Hero Initiative exclusive. "We're very excited to have the Hero Initiative offer this fantastic Wolverine cover by Herb Trimpe, Tom Palmer and Laura Martin.
