Fear the Walking Dead takes place in Los Angeles, during the dawn of the zombie outbreak. The Walking Dead companion series will focus on a different group of survivors, as the learn to cope with the new status quo.
Fear the Walking Dead premieres Aug. 23 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
