Four More Alien: Covenant Cast Members Revealed

Director Ridley Scott is filling out the rest of his Alien: Covenant cast, as he has added four more actors.

The four newcomers are Jussie Smollett, the 32-year-old actor who portrays Jamal Lyon on Fox’s Empire; Amy Seimetz, the star of Upstream Color; Carmen Ejogo, 42-year-old British actress that starred in The Purge: Anarchy; and Callie Hernandez, who has appeared in Machete Kills and Sin City: A Dame to Kill. They join a cast that features Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Demian Bichir and Danny McBride.

No details were provided about who the actors will be playing in Alien: Covenant.

Synopsis: Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created in Alien with Alien: Covenant, the second chapter in a prequel trilogy that began with Prometheus — and connects directly to Scott’s 1979 seminal work of science fiction. Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the “synthetic” David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.
