The rule for today is that if you tried to claim Winterfell and failed on Game of Thrones, you’re going to be cast in another production.

Not to be outdone by former co-star Iwan Rheon, who was just cast on Marvel’s the Inhumans, new reports say that Alfie Allen will join the cast of Shane Black‘s the Predator.

Allen plays Theon Greyjoy in the series, the character who was brutally tortured and, erm, castrated by Rheon’s Ramsay Bolton. He’s since escaped and returned to his home in the Iron Isles, but has now fled to join Daenerys Targaryen’s army.

Allen joins Boyd Holbrook, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Thomas Jane, Trevante Rhodes, and Jacob Tremblay for the Black-directed reboot of the Predator.

The report states he will be one of the ex-Marines alongside Holbrook’s team who will be in conflict with the titular alien hunter.

Allen previously played one of the villains in the first John Wick as well. His role in that film, as well as on Game of Thrones, called for devious and sheepish mannerisms. We’ll see if those character traits are relevant for the new Predator film, and whether Allen’s character will betray his teammates to save his own skin.

Because why else would you cast Allen?
