Marvel and ABC has released a new clip from the second episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3, titled “The Purpose in the Machine.”

The episode is the Season 3 return of Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), now the head of Hydra. Ward wants to reshape Hydra into a leaner, tougher organization, and seems to be reading from the Tyler Durden book of leadership.
