Just announced at PAX South in San Antonio, Texas, Loot Crate is launching an all-new monthly subscription service specifically for gamers: Loot Gaming. The new myster box will have collectibles, apparel, accessories, and more, just like your monthly Loot Crate, but this time all focused on video games.

The crates run $25 a month, and you can sign-up now for updates and information on when the crates will go on sale. Each box will have a retail value estimated at $60 or more, with 4-6 premium items including exclusives. The booklet detailing the contents will be done as an old-school game manual, which kids today have probably never seen since all that information is digital now (KIDS TODAY, AMIRITE?) and exclusive Loot Gaming pins will be in the box as well. The plan is to feature games for all stripes – new, old, indie, and the biggest titles.

“We know that our audience loves video games, which is exactly why we wanted to offer an experience that extends beyond the joystick, keyboard or controller. Loot Gaming will give people the chance to own a piece of those gaming universes and join an active community of fans who love those same great franchises,” said Matthew Arevalo, co-founder of Loot Crate in a press release. Developers and publishers have already signed on to work directly with Loot Crate on the new box.
Loot Gaming joins Loot Crate, Loot Anime, Loot Pets, and Level Up as monthly subscription boxes, plus their special edition boxes periodically released. The primary box has over a half million subscribers.
